RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final
Because our garlands and torans are handcrafted festive décor shipped internationally from India, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or colour choice, or buyer's remorse. Please review product photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before ordering.

Handmade variation
Each piece is handcrafted, so small differences in shade, size, flower placement, and finish are normal and are not considered defects. Screen settings can also change how colours appear.

Incorrect address or refused delivery
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Refused or unclaimed parcels (including parcels refused because of customs charges) are not eligible for a refund.
