SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship from
Krati Export ships from JAIPUR, India to customers across the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within [1-2] business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays). During Diwali and other festival seasons, processing may take up to [3] business days.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery takes 3-4 business days by express courier. Estimated total time from order to delivery: [5-7] business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can occur because of customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.

Festival orders
To receive your order before Diwali, please order by [date]. Orders placed after this date may arrive after the festival.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow [24-48] hours for tracking to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs will be charged.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for [7] days, or your order has not arrived within [15] business days of dispatch, contact us at [email] and we will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
